So the great news with the upsurge of local indie bookstores and the growing acknowledgement of the YA and Romance readership is that there are a lot of book groups. (Yay for choices!) I am only currently a member of two of these, so I cannot speak to the awesomeness of each, but am going to round up the options I am aware of. Feel free to ping me if you have some to add or share.
